Meet Lindsey Grossman

Lindsey Grossman has nearly 20 years experience working in technology, financial services, and public policy across the United States, Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America. Lindsey has held numerous leadership roles in general management, product management, business development, and public policy at companies including Intuit, Stripe, Netflix, Wise, and most recently, Block (Square/Cash App).

Today, Lindsey owns a small business consultancy that advises entrepreneurs, founders, and companies on product and go to market strategy as well as building teams with clear visions. Lindsey has helped numerous companies build innovative products, enter new markets and grow their business, with a focus on strong partnerships and creative approaches to problem solving. Lindsey builds and inspires teams to adopt borderless mindsets to channel new thinking, biases towards action and learning, and empathy in decision-making.

She has spent her career focused on helping small businesses and families access key financial tools and services so they can improve their financial lives. Working in partnership across both public and private sectors globally and in the US, Lindsey has found innovative ways to support economic development in the communities in which she’s served. She also has contributed to public health initiatives, including volunteer work on HIV/AIDS prevention through community outreach and testing efforts in Washington, D.C., and supporting women’s reproductive care access across the US.

Lindsey is a member of the Marbletown Democratic Committee, representing High Falls (Election District 1), where she is an active community organizer for local, state and national campaigns. As part of this work, she has registered people to vote, hosted GOTV events and fundraisers with small business owners and the community, and canvassed across Ulster County, knocking on doors and talking to voters. She serves as the co-chair for the Communications Sub-Committee, a role elected by her fellow committee members.

Lindsey also serves as Vice President of the National Foreign Trade Council Foundation’s Board of Directors. In this role, she advances efforts to help small businesses, entrepreneurs and startups benefit from global trade, a focus of the Foundation’s Global Innovation Forum efforts.

Lindsey grew up in St. Louis as part of a family of four generations of small business owners. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a BA in political science. She then went on to live and work in Washington, D.C, India, London, San Francisco, and New York City over the last 20 years. Since 2020, Lindsey and her husband are proud to call High Falls, New York home.

Lindsey has advocated for small business and entrepreneurship growth across local, national, and international stages over the last 20 years. She’s served in executive leadership roles across public policy, business, and product innovation. She has extensive experience building teams and together they have achieved better outcomes for small businesses’ success, as well as helped individuals and their families improve their financial lives.

Lindsey was the MC of the High Falls Pet Show in 2024, an annual event that started over 37 years ago in 1987. The event brings pet owners of all ages to celebrate the special animals in their lives.

Lindsey and her husband, Joffrey, are proud to call High Falls home. They are active members of the Ulster County community especially across Marbletown, Rosendale, New Paltz, and Kingston. They love hiking, cycling, gardening, music, and art… and getting out the vote to encourage democracy in action!
